  • Carrying out competency management system (CMS) verifications and planning CMS development for two rigs and provided report out
  • Conducted leadership training for Elite crew for two rigs
  • Provided Corrective Action for the findings of the CMS verifications

Shell Upstream Albania Well Test and Production project

May 2023-2024

  • Provision of 2 HSE supervisors – Assist and Assure Coach (local and expat)
  • Wells Completion and Well Test HSE training
  • Developed easy-to-use tools to operationalize HSE systems, for example:
  • Developed Major Accidents Hazards Bowties review.
  • Safety Critical Tasks and Barrier Ownership process
  • Provided Expat HSE coach as mentor for local HSE advisor
Kastrati Group Albania, a contractor for Shell Upstream Albania

July-Dec 2023

  • Deployed Expat HSE professional
  • Conducted HSE Survey Kastrati oil storage (depot, loading and unloading fuel facilities)
  • Developed PTW, Safety Meetings, Risk Assessments, MOC tools and processes.
  • Reviewed and developed facility Emergency Response preparedness and Emergency Action Plan for the oil storage facility.
  • Reviewed facility security check-in process and provided improvement.

  • Provision of Assist and Assure (A&A) Coaching services.
  • Development of user-friendly tools to enhance HSE system implementation, including:
  • Rollout of Major Accident Hazard (MAH) Bowties using a clear and practical approach.
